Relying on the Almighty sovereignty and possessing a firm belief and determination of the scholars and the indefatigable efforts and the structured trials in line with the realization of the third development plan of Jihad Daneshgahi to consolidate the Islamic values and culture in society in general and among the youth and scholars and university students in particular based on a 5-year perspective plan.
Iran's students low interest loans fund is understood as a well-developed institution and first rank holder in financial and economic support for students` and scholars.
Founding itself in an Islamized financial and credit identity, which is effective in relations between academic community and the other parts of the society.
 In the horizon of this outlook as the characteristics as follows:
- developed, suitable to culture, depended to morals and Islamic values, national and revolutionary, emphasizing on: knowledge, social justice, preserving the students rights, and academic people.
- having an advanced knowledge to be able to support the science and technology, leaning on the better share of universities in developing the country.
- secure, independent, with a strong economy based on public sources and gifts of benevolent people in the universities.
- with a secure financial affairs, due to Equal right, suitable distribution of the loans and far away from corruption and discrimination.
- active, holding responsibility, satisfied, with conscience at work, discipline and co operation, and undertaken about revolution and Islamic government honored to be an Iranian.
- to have a constructive cooperation with the bands, credit institutions and electronic society.
- achieve to first level economic stand in the field of support of students and having an economic growth, to levitate the level of the services and achieving to a complete independences.
- active and effective and a good pattern in the Islamic world. With a scientific base, a good development morals, innovation and a running mind.
